After learning of Warranty Consulting Services from a neighboring dealer we decided to engage them in their services. We started with a couple branches to see how the process worked and if there were any benefits to adding more locations. In a very short period of time we could see the benefits that this company provided. Barb and her team do an amazing job of guiding our people to maximize each work order submitted to our manufacturers. They work with just about every mfg and the attention to detail and constant updates is better than any company we work with. The portal they provide gives us one place to see all our work orders, where we stand with the payment of them and any outstanding details that they may need to complete the warranty process. If warranty is an area your company struggles with we highly suggest WCS to handle those needs.
