Our History

In 1997, Barbara Hall founded Warranty Consulting Services (WCS) after gaining years of experience in the Service and Parts Divisions at Ford New Holland. Working directly with the OEM and alongside dealers, she saw the struggles dealerships faced navigating complex warranty processes. Spotting an opportunity to bridge the gap, she introduced the concept of the “Remote Warranty Administrator,” giving dealers access to expert warranty management without needing in-house staff.
What began as a one-person operation has grown into a trusted, family-owned business focused on helping dealerships recover every warranty dollar they’re entitled to. Over time, WCS built a team of industry professionals who share a passion for supporting multiple dealers and maximizing their success.
