Our History

Our company was founded in 1997 after our President Barbara Hall worked with Ford New Holland back in Northern California. After working and gaining experience in the Service and Parts Divisions, Barbara decided to eventually start Warranty Consulting Services and there created the “remote Warranty Administrator”. Many years later, the need for outsourcing finally took and bringing us into 2023, over 26 years later, the entire Hall family is working in warranty around the Greater Houston Area. The Hall family is rooted in strong family values both at home and with our WCS family. Our company’s collective experience of over 150 years and our new and updated approach to warranty collections have allowed us to gain valuable industry expertise into what dealers within the heavy equipment industry need. We are a Warranty Management Solutions company here to bring dealers into new technology and processes empowering ALL the dealers we service.
