Warranty Consulting Services Launches New Software for Equipment Dealer Service/Warranty Departments
New proprietary software geared to increase profitability, decrease headaches

Magnolia, Texas, December 15, 2022 – Warranty Consulting Services, a company with more than 130 years of experience in providing equipment dealers with complete warranty collection and reporting solutions, has introduced its latest software program that provides updated insights to help create more reliable and profitable service and warranty departments.

The new software assists dealers to better capture warranty dollars spent on repairs and simplify procedures to better adhere to the warranty guidelines of most major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) operating in North America.

The new proprietary software is currently only available to Warranty Consulting Services’ dealers. A leasing option for the software for equipment dealers who do not use the company as its warranty administrator will become available in mid-2023.

To showcase its newest offering to everyone, Warranty Consulting Services will be attending the upcoming 2023 AED (Associated Equipment Distributors) Summit in Chicago, January 10 – 12, 2023, Booth 136; and at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 in Las Vegas, March 14 – 18, 2023, Booth N13019.

While developed for the equipment industry, the software can be applicable to truck and marine dealers, as well.

“Our software is constantly developing,” Hall pointed out. “As we work with our dealers, we get insights on additional information they would like to have and we keep evolving our software to best integrate that type of information and more.”
